Darknesspocket Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest work. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, schedules, work, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promise about their availability, how fast they respond, their work or their results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get a written estimate.

The content here is general. It is not professional, legal, health or money advice. It is also not advice on whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider.

What You Agree To Do

Give true information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time. Just email contact@darknesspocket.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The words and design of this site belong to Darknesspocket Pest Control or the companies that license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Darknesspocket Pest Control is not liable for any loss or harm that comes from using this site. That includes harm from a provider's work or products, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
